Our trunnion-mounted ball valves feature a sturdy trunnion design that ensures stability and durability under high-pressure conditions. The trunnion acts as a support structure, improving the valve’s strength and allowing for smooth, low-torque operation. This design secures a positive seal on both downstream and upstream seats, regardless of pressure, enabling Double Block and Bleed (DBB) or Double Isolation and Bleed (DIB) functionality.

Metal seats are available with different coatings such as Tungsten Carbide Coating TCC, Chromium Carbide Coating CCC, Satellite 6 & Satellite 12 to meet your application requirements and high-temperature demands

They are available in a comprehensive range of designs, materials, sizes, and pressure classes, fully conforming to international specifications. The ball valves are designed according to ASME B16.34 and API 6D standards.

All Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves, whether soft-seated or metal-seated, come with double body and multiple stem seals to ensure reliable sealing.

As per client requirements, the valves can have special features like extended stem/bonnet extension, drain and vent arrangements, emergency sealant injection, and fire-safe construction.
